Infax Announces Release of Engage 4.5

The lateest software release enhances user experience for digital signage solutions

This update introduces significant enhancements to the user interface, improved performance capabilities, and several new features designed to streamline digital signage management.

  • QueueCall Integration: Courthouse users benefit from seamless integration with QueueCall in the navigation bar, improving workflow efficiency.
  • Improved Weather Component: An updated weather component now uses NOAA maps and data at no additional cost, eliminating the need for separate subscriptions.
  • Direct Asset Assignment: Users can now assign images, PDFs, or videos directly to displays from the asset manager, streamlining content deployment.
  • UI Enhancements: A redesigned playlist building interface, light/dark mode options, and an "Apply to All Slides" feature provide intuitive controls for managing digital signage content.
  • Enhanced Airport Ticket Counter UI: Airport users gain a comprehensive new interface to directly control ticket counter content, with the ability to grant access to individual airlines.
  • Custom QR Code Generator: A new QR code component allows users to easily create custom QR codes from URLs, enhancing wayfinding and information access.

The update also includes numerous performance improvements and bug fixes, including better text scaling, improved socket disconnection recovery, enhanced video caching, and more reliable data transmission.

Engage 4.5 is compatible with all Infax application servers (virtual or physical) and integrates with Infax Engage 4 (all sub-versions), Infax Aero 360, and Infax Judicial Suite.
